I was really pleased with the whole process of buying from Woods of Wirral. I received a prompt and friendly response from Luke when I enquired about an Audi A4 Avant he had listed. Living 3 hours away, the communication was pivotal to a smooth transaction and Luke was spot on throughout. When arriving to collect the car, I was not disappointed with how stunning it was. The person who served me stated that to his knowledge a cam belt may have not been changed so for that he knocked some money off the bill for the car (he didn't need to do that). He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was viewing, and I could tell he was a genuine car enthusiast rather than just someone selling a car. This was my dream car, and although it was a massive financial decision for me, he certainly made me feel more relaxed about the whole process.
